We are in the process of updating our register systems in all locations. This change will also affect our loyalty program, It will be expanded to serve you better! We look forward to rolling out a new loyalty program later this year. Details will be shared through The Cravin’ Club. Due to these changes a number of locations cannot accept our existing Gift Cards. If you visit a location that is currently not accepting Gift Cards, rest assured your value will be transferable once the new program has been rolled out. For now you can choose to either:

1. Visit an Osmow’s Restaurant that is still accepting Gift Cards & use as you normally would

2. Hold onto your Gift Card & Loyalty card until January 2023 as points will be transferable to the new platform once it has been rolled out. A reminder to sign up for the Cravin Club for full launch details!
